Numbers are steadily increasing, which is pretty fucking awesome. I’ve skipped the deadlift days either because I was being a total bitch and couldn’t grip the bar that well to pull heavy, or I was a total bitch.
Starting out a new strength program, as well as the way I write my logs on here!

Back Squat:*Sticking with Low Bar for the entire program.

New CrossFit strength program I’m following! It’s a 7 week program that works on the basic movements for new 3/5 RM (In this case, I’m doing 3RM for the first cycle and see how much I like it) while working on keeping your lungs via short and heavy metcons.
Essentially, I SHOULD be having at the very least a 1# PR on all lifts every week. On the seventh week, 1RM’s will be tested (and most likely have new maxes).
Let’s see where this takes us. :D
Oh, and in terms of posting my logs and what not.. it’ll be done on a weekly basis from now on.
And I definitely need to update my damn PR stats page. Haha jeez my numbers back then..
