It was a leisurely jog. I just wanted to get rid of the soreness (Which is still there) from my quads :(
The number of rounds was actually supposed to be 5.. But my legs were so close to cramping and on top of that my dog kept wanting to smell the tire while I was flipping it so I just capped it...

Finally got my car the oil change it’s deserved for a while.. So while I waited, I did the most reasonable thing to do:

First off, sorry for the hiatus.. I feel like I haven’t really had time to post anything because of school/work. I haven’t even been able to consistently workout at all. My belly is coming back, I lost my control over food, and the bad list keeps growing. But I feel like now that I’m able to have time to post on here (spring break. :D), it’ll be a jump start to get back on...
My lower body is currently drowning in cold ass...

I kinda realized..
The whole point of that KONY video was tospread awareness. It’s to make him known to the world. I see people on facebook/tumblr bashing it saying ‘it’s a trend, it’ll die in two weeks, blah blah’ but I mean the video worked didn’t it?
