Smoked man. I got so over-zealous with the back squats haha. It was my first time learning how to do low-bar squats and oh my, #295 was not bad at all, and #315.. I hovered at the bottom position for a good few seconds until the bar dropped. :(
I’m so happy I finished first in the class with those 5 rounds. :)
Oh, and I guess my Back Squat PR (for now) is #295, since I have no idea what it was before this.
