Warmup:

  • 40yd Tabata Sprints, 8 rounds @ 80%

Strength:

Deadlift 3-3-3-3-3: *10 minutes to work up a 3RM

  • 225, 255, 286, 315 

WOD:

  • 10 Front Squat #135
  • 40 DU’s
  • 10 Front Squat #135
  • 40 T2B
  • 10 Front Squat #135
  • 40 Pullups
  • 10 Front Squat #135

Finally, I’m able to come to the box and get a good one in. And of all days, it was deadlifts. :) :) :) Yeah, I was that excited haha.

If I had more time I definitely would have been able to up my 3RM, but #315 is a good base.

That WOD was brutal. I didn’t think the front squats would be doing that much damage, but damn. The T2B’s killed me because I can’t get a rhythm down yet (I do one, then stabilize my body from swinging, and repeat). Lol, pullups I bullshitted most of the time ‘attempting’ to do butterflies. A few people said it looked good, but it’s definitely something I want to perfect.
