  • 275, 305, 315, 335 (F, 2RM established)

WOD:

AMRAP 15:

  • 10 Thrusters #65
  • 10 Pullups
  • 30 DU’s
  • Rounds completed: 7 + 21 DU’s

Closer:

  • 800m Run
  • 40 Bfly Situps

Damn.. No new PR but I did make a 2RM! That WOD was ridiculous. Of all things I didn’t think the thrusters were the rest. Each set was unbroken for me. Pullups and DU’s sucked and burned the crap out of my shoulders/forearms.

I was there for the 6pm class, and I didn’t leave until 8:15.. Definitely nothing wrong. I’ve grown a passion to everything CrossFit. I even felt awesome after I helped a few new friends I’ve made from the box work on their HSPU’s and DU’s! :)
