I’m freakin’ PSYCHED. First time doing 1RM’s for overhead squats and I hit #151.5. You kidding me?! :) :)
I hated the WOD solely because of that run. Why? What’s the point? Ehhhh.
The closer was sled pulls, but I decided to do Annie and benchmark it post-WOD. I was actually going to do the pulls after Annie, but I forgot. :( Maybe tomorrow?
