So Delicious Coconut Milk Vanilla Bean Ice Cream
Nutrition Facts:

This marks the first time I’ve had actual ICE CREAM (and not fro-yo) in months, probably years. I’m crazy for actually doing it. Truth is, I’d always see it when I go shopping.. I’ve just been in that paleo mindset, on top of avoiding processed food for a long while that I never really thought of getting it. What changed my mind, you ask?
I have no clue.
It’s okay though, CrossFit helps me burn through this.
It’s your basic vanilla, nothing special. You can definitely taste the coconut though (And probably in all the other coconut milk ice creams they make), but it’s not necessarily a bad thing, especially if you like that coconut. I mean why else would you be buying a COCONUT MILK MADE ICE CREAM? Anywho, this brought me back. Back to the days where I was a little chubster and would have a bowl of Breyer’s vanilla every night. Given, this can’t really compare to Breyer’s because:
They use milk.
There’s so many more additives in there compared to these that.. Eating the So Delicious vanilla bean felt.. Right.
All in all after that pointless, long rant: It’s sweet, tasty, perfect to mix with smoothies if you want that pinch of coconut vanilla flavor and the creaminess of ice cream, or just eat straight out the pint on a hot summer day.
