I’m.. Really surprised I got that many rounds on the conditioning.
1 was cake.. My form actually got kinda bad because it felt so light and the bar actually flew up too high sometimes. I did 7 sets while I waited for a rack to open up at my box’s rig.
2a, I used straps. I know, it’s definitely a dangerous thing to use straps when you’re doing something, especially cleans. Two things: I’m not stupid, and I had confidence. I guess that confidence went on to 2b, where I did the absolute SMART thing and went up #20 a set. Oh well, shit happens. 3RM HBBS (High-Bar Back Squat) established.
