  • 50 Air Squats
  • 50 Pushups

Strength:

  • Strongman Medley *40 yards of turf used for carrying, pushing, and pulling  heavy equipment.

WOD:

3 RFT:

  • 10 Pullups
  • 5x 3 Back Squat #115 + 1 Heaving Snatch Balance #115
  • 15 Burpees
  • Time Completed: 13:21


6:30pm

WOD:

30 RFT:

  • 5 Wallballs #20
  • 3 HSPU *Games Standard with #25 plates on the sides of an AbMat.
  • 1 Power Clean #185
  • Time Completed: 41:10

What can I say about today? BESIDES THE FACT TODAY WAS AWESOME!
Yeah, not much. Lols :P I can hardly walk; that’s a plus.
And I think the fact that I was wearing my Froning shirt helped me through that marathon of a WOD. Sick.
