Yep. I woke up to that annoying pain, and spent the next 10 minutes stretching it out.
I don’t even know how I was able to fall asleep and wake up in time to WOD it up at 8am. Thank God the only running involved today was during the warmup.
SO I PUT MY CAMERA ON TIMER AND TOOK SOME WICKED AWESOME PHOTOS OF MYSELF DOING DIPS WITH A WEIGHTED VEST AND THE MASK ON FOR SHITS AND GIGGLES.
AND I RECORDED TODAY’S WOD! ONLY AN 8 MINUTE AMRAP SO I’LL DEFINITELY PUT IT UP HERE :D
