My shoulders are so sore right now.
Strict presses and practically any pressing movement is my weakest. 1RM set for that.. -_- SMALL WEIGHT UGH.
That WOD was sucky. I just never thought I can 1-arm DB snatch #80 like it was nothing. Hips baby, hips! Definitely should’ve gotten a sub-10 minute time though.
