Holy mother of .. Where did my flexibility go? :(

I need to stretch and make that shit a habit again. My hip flexors wouldn’t let me go as deep as I wanted to, which totally sucked because I wanted to show off to you guys on how awesome my squatting is.. But I guess it’ll have to wait for another time.

Oh, I’m wearing that sleeve on my calf in response to that dumbass cramp from the middle of the night. -_-
