Okay, I’m condensing this shit into one day and just putting down all the food I ate.. 

I won’t lie if part of the reason is because I’m one lazy mother fucker, but you get the idea.

Asian food. Big surprise. I fucking love it. Problem? :P

On a side note, if you  guys like salty and sweet in one package and/or pretzels, get Chubby Hubby. I actually thought it was pretty good even though I’m not a fan of the previous two traits mentioned.

I should’ve bought two pints of Half Baked. I went through the ice creams so fast :(

CheatDAY: 10/21/12. Part II

SORRY GUYS NO PICTURES FROM THIS PART :(

I was too busy eating. No, seriously, I got hungry and started cooking. Meal two was kinda odd for a cheat…:

  • The last 6 pieces of the gyoza pack
  • 4 egg whites and 1 whole egg (I guess this was my brain telling me I was having too much fats already..)
  • ICE CREAM OBVIOUSLY.
But guys.. Bad new. Actually really disappointing news.

So you know how I bought 4 pints? Um well..

I only finished 3½.. 

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DON’T KILL ME GUYS I KNOW I FUCKED UP I’M SORRY :( The poor Red Velvet is just sitting in my freezer all alone because his buddies Half Baked, S’mores, and Americone Dream are all in the trash.. Red Velvet, I’m sorry buddy. I’m so sorry. :(

I said I would log a cheat day, and I most certainly did! Ignore the meal one and meal two bullshit. Everything I ate is in there:

CheatDAY: 10/21/12. Part I

Deja Vu..? Tasty deja vu.

Before you say anything about eating the same food..: Don’t.

I know I do, and I don’t care because I think it tastes amazing, and it’s a hell of a lot cheaper compared to eating out (Even though I will once in a while). I spend the money on the ice cream; I don’t need to use more money when I have the food I’d want to eat back here at home.

Now, with that said.. ON TO PICTURES!

Gyoza, somen, yakisoba sauce (I STILL CAN’T BELIEVE THEY HAVE THIS), and ..1, 2, 3, 4. 

What in all the fucks of the world..

It all wouldn’t fit on a single plate. :(

And I forgot to get a fork for the scrambled eggs and was too lazy to get one downstairs.. So let’s just say I had a bit of a challenge when it came to eating today HAHA.

Do I need to explain myself?

And no, I didn’t eat all of the ice cream in one sitting..

HI GUYS NEED ANOTHER OPINION ON FOOD

Considering bringing these three items back into my diet. Back then pre-paleo I would still eat stuff like this (while calorie/macro counting) and toned up a bit.. But I figure if I wanted to bulk I would need some good carbs..

And peanut butter just because.

CheatDAY: 10/14/12. Part II

JOHN, BEN, AND JERRY: WHERE YOU AT? PART TWO.

So essentially it’s a remix of last week.. Yakisoba BUT used organic soba noodles in place of the typical dried ramen shit you use in the packages, and of course had to have a few scrambled eggs :P

Noms, noms, mother fucking NOMS.

Well that was done, and of course I don’t leave any man behind. So..

If you accuse me at all in regards to not eating all the ice cream by myself.. You’re a funny person.

CheatDAY: 10/7/12. Part II

Alrighty boys and girls, nothing really special this time around. It’s more of a leftover version from meal one.. and it goes like this:

Yakisoba.

My high school lover.

I used to have these and dumplings AT LEAST twice a week for dinner. -_- But anyhow I opted out using the noodles that came with the package and used rice noodles along with the spice packet in the plastic bag, steamed some dumplings, and this was the result:

Brooooooo, 3D metal chopsticks. But not really.

OH, I almost forgot.. While everything was cooking, I got a little bored and toasted a slice of my banana bread and tried a small spoonful of each peanut butter to see which tasted the best.

There was no winner. 

Obviously, I can’t let the ice cream I bought earlier go to waste, right?

What the levels were after the first meal.

Yeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeep, SO GUYS.

  • Half Baked and Red Velvet are done. There’s probably 1/8th of Key Lime Pie left.
  • All the pizza is gone.
  • That yakisoba + dumplings plate is finished.
  • All three peanut butters.. LOL kidding, I probably had 2-4tbsp of each flavor.

BOOM, meal two in the books.

If I do a cheat day every week, expect more of these posts.

Now, to chug the shit out of my water jug..

CheatDAY: 10/7/12. Part I

So all of yesterday and today up to the point where I ordered was me thinking about what the hell I’m going to get..

So I settled on some Papa John’s (Especially because I’ve never tried their pizzas before):

One large thin crust pizza with double spicy italian sausage, chicken, bacon, peppers, mushrooms, and onions. 

I’m currently on my 4th slice as I type this up and get some grease on my keyboard, but WHATEVER.

And of course, after something like pizza, one would want something ..sweet. I have a few choices..

BOOM BOOM BOOM.

Oh, what’s that hiding back there?

I can’t stop thinking about what food I’m going to eat for my cheat day on Sunday..

It will be glorious. It was either today or tomorrow, but I’d rather have a chance to workout beforehand and relax, instead of eating all that shit before I have work today. :(

A definite addition is a pint Ben and Jerry’s. Or two..
