This is what happened to me yesterday when I was waiting to leave my house at 7am, and I’m too lazy to stretch my lower body. Enter: Mirrorpic Douchebag.
*On a side note: I need to get more pairs of compression pants. I love working out with them. I took the sweats off once I felt warmed up enough. Nothing gets in the way when you’re doing stuff like cleans or snatches. I feel like Kenneth Leverich:

- Dynamic Stretch
Strength:
Back Squat: *Ass To Grass, of course.
- 10x 135
- 10x 185
- 10x 225
- 8x 245, dropset 10x 135, dropset 15x BW. *This was just to achieve the burn.
Romanian Deadlift: *Make sure to keep your back tight throughout the movement. Less back, more hamstrings.. if done correctly.
- 20x 135
- 15x 185
- 12x 225, dropset 17x 135.
Walking DB Lunge: *Knee does not step past toe when taking a step, other knee must touch ground. Total steps recorded.
- 16x 60’s
- 16x 60’s
- 16x 65’s
- 16x 65’s
Seated Leg Extensions: *Never thought I’d be doing this shit again… Anyhow, this is done EMOM (Every Minute On the Minute). Start with .5x BW and increase weight by one at the start of each minute. One set is 10 reps. Each set MUST be completed within 15 seconds. If not, finish the set, drop the weight back to .5x BW, and burn out for reps. THEN, hop off the seat SLOWLY and max out on air squats; ass to the fucking ground.

10x 140, dropset 13x 80.
Seated Leg Extensions II: *Part two of the burn. Pick a lighter weight (I used #40). You’re doing this one leg at a time (10 reps on the left, 10 on the right counts as 1 set), but position yourself where your foot is towards the center of the rig. Complete at LEAST 2 sets. Your rest time is when you’re performing the movement on your other leg. ;)

I find it funny that doing bodybuilding type workouts for my legs gives me more of a chance of cramping compared to CrossFit. One can only hope that I don’t fucking cramp..
You know you’re doing something right when your jeans are getting uncomfortably tight. Okay, they may not look like it in the picture, but trust me they’re pretty tight.
I had to do that fucking jumpy motion just to get them on. And I have to sit down slowly and properly or else I feel like they’ll rip.
AND this these are Levis 505 Regular Fit, none of that slim fit bullshit. That makes me look like a hipster, and from bad experiences it’s the only jean brand I wear.
It’s like they’re ..compression jeans.

I want to have those days where taking a step can result into cramping (Okay, not really because I actually had to go to the hospital one time ..Ask me about it.).
I will get you into gigantic proportions, especially because my upper body will just refuse to grow. :(
At least I won’t topple over if someone were to push me, as compared to those big chest, chicken legs kinda guys.
