Allllllllllllllrighty then, so the back squats. My hip’s still kinda fucked up so I couldn’t go as heavy as I want. Besides, I failed at 295 which is my current PR for HIGH BAR.
Slow as shit Angie, BUT FUCK IT I’M GAINING BITCHES so my times will be slow. It’ll totally be worth it in the end. On the flip side, I PR’D unbroken pullups at 32! Tore my finger up but it’s all good.
My friend is hooking me up with a legit massage tomorrow morning. Literally, she has the table with the hole to put your head through and everything. It’s long overdue and going to be SOOOOOOOOO FUCKING EPIC. She said she can fix up my hip too, so definitely looking forward to it. :D

In regards to nutrition, I told you guys I was going to go a week without logging my macros onto MFP, simply because it was too taxing for me to keep doing the same shit over and over. So I said fuck it, I’ll eat what I want and however much I want of it, while keeping paleo.
^ That picture of me is the result of “the week long not giving a fuck what I eat while maintaining paleo experiment”. Oh, and that #405 deadlift I pulled? Yeah, I give some credit to my nutrition. Who jumps 17 pounds up their previous PR in two weeks like that?
Relevant, and completely necessary. I need this shirt.
I may eat the same stuff almost every day, but DAMN I can just never get tired of it. High amount of proteins, CRAZY amounts of fats, and low carbs, only getting them from plantains, yams, or vegetables. For today..:
- Plantains and avocados are fully ripe and good to go.
- I have a full loaf of banana bread ready to consume.
- Eggs, bacon, butter, and possibly grass-fed hot dogs all in stock.
I’m currently running on about 20-21 hours with nothing consumed but water. I’m going to workout, take my BCAAs and might as well fast into the 24-hour mark, where I’ll be eating the same, delicious food. Don’t worry, you guys will be seeing it. ;)
