So I made “The Healthiest Cookie in the World”.
But definitely not as healthy as it should be. Bwahaha. I pretty much followed the measurements it recommended, but I just kept it in the oven for an extra 5-10 minutes for more awesomeness.

Ingredients:
- 2 TBSP Coconut Flour
- 1 Mashed Banana
- A bit of Baking Powder (awesome measurement huh?)
- Pinch of Salt
- 3 TBSP Almond Milk
- Small handful of Chocolate Chips
And where it varies..
- Small handful of Shredded Coconut
- 1 TBSP of.. JUSTIN’S CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER ;)

My dad is awesome.
He calls me right before I start my workout and asks if I wanted him to get a few of them since they were only $4 at my local farmer’s market. I mean I stocked up pretty good thanks to Whole Food’s ricidulous pricing of $5 each, but I just told him to get one of each flavor.
What do I come home to? THREE EACH of the honey, chocolate, and classic peanut butters. I like how my parents are okay with my eating choices and I guess they indirectly support it and don’t try to force-feed me terrible stuff.
I guess I’m pretty set with peanut butter for the next few months. :)
