It’s a great feeling knowing that you just hit your 1RM weight (325#)FOR A TRIPLE. And it was less than 2 months ago when I established that 1RM:

Did a quick EMOM inbetween classes. I coached all morning so I wanted to get something easy in.
Even though I didn’t program the WOD itself (Hero WOD), it’s nice knowing that my coach/owner of the box/boss entrusted me to pick a WOD to do for Hero Fridays.
On the real though, it hurts to walk from those box jumps + wallballs. I feel like my damn inner quads are gonna seize up.

Probably the most enjoyable and funniest WOD I’ve done in a long while. It’s great when you do it with two people where both of their weaknesses is HSPU, but at the same time they smoke me on the other two.
Yelling out “BRO, SLOW DOWN ON THOSE RING DIPS” and “MAKE SURE ‘DEM ARMS LOCK OUT” during the WOD made it pretty comical for everyone else, including myself :P
On a side note, I did PR compare to my previous JT time!
